Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Laravel Cloud services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Laravel Cloud is a cloud hosting platform specifically designed for Laravel applications. We provide infrastructure, deployment tools, databases, and related services to help you deploy and scale your Laravel applications.
Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information if it changes
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
- Consume excessive resources that impact other users
Pricing and Payment
Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Billing is based on your resource usage and selected plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to your billing cycle. If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate your service. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase. Usage-based charges are generally non-refundable, but we may provide refunds at our discretion for service outages or billing errors.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally require service interruptions, for which we will provide advance notice when possible.
Service Level Agreement
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees 99.9% uptime for paid plans. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.
Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of your data and applications. We will:
- Protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
- Provide reasonable backup and recovery capabilities
- Not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service
- Allow you to export your data at any time
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your applications and data. Laravel Cloud and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Laravel LLC. Our Service includes open-source software components, which are subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LARAVEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laravel LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account dashboard. You will be charged for services used up to the termination date.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Support
We provide support through various channels including documentation, community forums, and direct support tickets. Support response times vary by plan level and issue severity.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
